Hiten Pansar, CMA, CPA

Director of Operations

As a global thought leader and one of Canada’s most accomplished performance management consultants, Hiten Pansar has 15 years of experience in this industry and has been the driving force behind Polaris Analytics success since 2017.

With deep expertise across many industries, Hiten has successfully delivered multiple structured performance management projects globally. Prior to joining Polaris Analytics, Hiten was a senior consultant with Prolifics, an IBM partner that is a globally based consultancy conducting improvement projects all over the globe. His strong accounting background and expertise in several performance management software has been an integral part to his success in implementations and building relationship with customers. Hiten’s interests include golf, travel, and spending time with his family.

• Bachelor of Arts in Economics, University of Toronto
